<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">You may have missed my email from February 18, but 20 of your colleagues are benefiting from it! Quality Matters (QM) offers the Improve Your Online Course (IYOC) workshop for fulltime faculty
currently teaching online or blended courses. The Center for Faculty Excellence and Innovation (CFEI) will cover the cost of registration. Faculty who complete the training and application can receive a $500 stipend for their efforts. Five faculty completed
the training on March 24 and their feedback has been very positive. Another 15 are registered for the IYOC workshops in April, May, and June.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

between course objectives, module objectives, and supporting materials.” –quote from Dr. Bo Han, Marketing & Business Analytics<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The IYOC workshop explores the QM Rubric and provides a framework to improve the quality of online and blended courses. Participants use the QM Rubric to review their own courses and develop
a course improvement plan. The content is based on the 21 essential Specific Review Standards of the Quality Matters Rubric. Participants come away with a plan for course improvement, so enrolling in the workshop with an online or blended course with a pre-developed
course is required.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
