<p class="MsoNormal">The first day of Summer I began today with 10 online courses unavailable to registered students. Appreciation is expressed to faculty who had completed the course copy application and updated materials in the weeks preceding the start
of term. Students who did not have access to online courses or found empty courses began calling the Registrar’s Office and departments for assistance.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This course availability report is distributed in the weeks prior to the start of the terms in an effort to encourage faculty to proactively prepare their online courses. The deadline for course copy is set twice a year, mid-April and
mid-November. Courses must be copied no later than 2-weeks prior to the term. This allows for students to be enrolled from the Banner system into Pearson Learning Studio. Accommodations are addressed in courses with identified students. Your cooperation
in these efforts would be greatly appreciated.<o:p></o:p></p>
