<p class="MsoNormal">The process of course preparation is important in ensuring that Texas A&M University-Commerce students have access to quality and up-to-date instructional content on the first day of the course and term.

<p class="MsoNormal">The <i>Schedule of Courses </i>for the 2015 May Mini, Summer I, Summer II, August Mini, and Fall terms has been posted on the University web page.
<b>All courses for the listed 2015 terms are to be copied by April 17.</b> Percentage of course copy completion reports will be emailed to the Provost, Deans, and Department Heads every 2 weeks with the first report on April 20.

<p class="MsoNormal">The course copy process is necessary each term the online and enhanced courses are scheduled. To combine multiple sections, select the Cross-list feature at the time of the course copy. Instructional videos are provided for your assistance.
Once the copy process is complete, faculty will have immediate access to the course in Pearson Learning Studio. Student will not have access to the courses until the first day of the term.<o:p></o:p></p>
