<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Commencement ceremonies will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 for graduate students and on Saturday</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">, December 13, 2014 for undergraduate students.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">On Saturday there will be three (3) undergraduate ceremonies. (<b>Please refer to the attached schedule.</b>) All faculty who are on contract are expected to participate. Adjunct faculty are invited, but not
required, to participate in the processional.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Faculty are requested to assemble in academic regalia in the field house no later than the assembly times shown above for their respective colleges. Processionals will begin at the times listed for each graduation
ceremony.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Graduate advisors who will be hooding doctoral candidates should have received separate instructions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Requests to be excused from participation in commencement should be forwarded through the department head to the college dean.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Parking<o:p></o:p></span></u></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Friday, specific parking spaces will be blocked off in front of the Fieldhouse and Library for disabled individuals and guests. For safety purposes, parking directly in front of Fieldhouse will not be allowed.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Saturday, faculty parking will be available in front of the Library. You must present your A&M-Commerce ID or be sure you have your faculty/staff parking sticker displayed on your vehicle for entrance into
the parking area. UPD will not allow you into the area if you do not have a university parking sticker or do not have proper identification. For safety purposes, parking directly in front of Fieldhouse will not be allowed.
