<p class=MsoNormal>I wanted to invite each of you/your classes to attend and/or
participate in the <b>2009 Wellness Expo</b>. I encourage each of you to
invite your classes to attend this event as well or incorporate it into your
syllabus in some way. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>The <b>Wellness Expo</b> hosts a variety of vendors from the
local communities, including the metroplex area. They provide screenings,
demonstrations, education and give-aways concerning the seven dimensions of
wellness: Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Environmental
and Occupational. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Some ways to incorporate participation at the <b>Wellness
Expo</b> into your class include:<o:p></o:p></p>

have sign-in sheets if needed, and write a paper over information they received
or have then seek specific information.<o:p></o:p></p>

wellness topic pertinent to your class. We will be sending out
information inviting students to do so by September 15<sup>th</sup>.<o:p></o:p></p>
