course(s) until the first day of the Summer II term. Given that this term is
short, you may want to email a copy of your syllabus to students enrolled in
your online course. Attach a copy of the course syllabus to the email so that
students are aware of which textbook(s) to purchase prior to the start of the
term. An announcement has been placed on the eCollege home page to inform
students that they will see their Summer 2008 courses in their list of courses
under the ‘’my courses” tab, but they will not be able to
enter the course(s) until the first day of the Summer II 2008 term.<o:p></o:p></p>

courses under the eCollege ‘myCourses’ tab, then please take a few
minutes to complete the online course copy request form located at <a
href="http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp">www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp</a>.
Your submission of this course copy request form helps us make sure we copy the
correct course to create your new August Mini 2008 online course. August Mini
2008 courses are scheduled to be populated with students by July 29<sup>th</sup>.<o:p></o:p></p>
