<P class=MsoPlainText><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Students have access to their eCollege course(s) for two calendar weeks following the end of the term. The end of the Spring 2008 term is May 9th. To complete remaining course work beyond the two week period, the student will need to work with the instructor outside of eCollege. </SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoPlainText><B><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">New Term Information</SPAN></B></P>
<P class=MsoPlainText><I><SPAN style="COLOR: #00b050; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">May Mini 2008 Online Courses (01W, 02W): </SPAN></I></P>
<P class=MsoPlainText><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Courses for the May Mini 2008 term have been copied and are populated with students. Students will not be able to enter their course(s) until the first day of the May Mini term. Given that this term is so short, you may want to email a copy of your syllabus to students enrolled in your online course. Attach a copy of the course syllabus to the email so that students are aware of which textbook(s) to purchase prior to the start of the term. An announcement has been placed on the eCollege home page to inform students that they will see their May Mini 2008 course in their list of courses under the ‘my courses’ tab, but they will not be able to enter the course until the first day of the May Mini term.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoPlainText><I><SPAN style="COLOR: #00b050; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Summer I 2008 Online Courses (01W, 02W):</SPAN></I></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">We are working to complete the copying of courses for the Summer I 2008 term. If you do not see your Summer I 2008 course in your list of courses under the eCollege ‘my Courses’ tab, then please take a few minutes to complete the online course copy request form located at <A href="https://outlook.tamu-commerce.edu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp" target=_blank>www.tamu-commerce.edu/itde/copyrequest.asp</A>. Your submission of this course copy request form helps us make sure we copy the correct course to create your new Summer I 2008 online course(s). Summer I 2008 courses are scheduled to be populated with students by May 21<SUP>st</SUP>. </SPAN></P>
