evaluation process that will occur the week of April 23-28. The student
information forms will be disseminated next week. Please keep in mind the
purpose of piloting this instrument is to give us a baseline assessment of what
we, as an institution, need to do to improve teaching and learning. <b><font

their Faculty Information Forms online. Students in the chosen online
