in some 150 countries for the 2007-2008 academic year. The competition is

w:st="on">U.S.</st1:country-region></st1:place> faculty and professionals abroad
each year. Grantees lecture and conduct research in a wide variety of academic

such as business journalism and law. Grants are awarded to faculty of all
