the Council and spoke about his philosophy and goals for Graduate Studies and
Research. He discussed the process by which present procedures that affect
graduate programs can be accomplished. Requests for changes are assigned to a
committee to study and to make a recommendation to the Graduate Council.
Recommendations are forwarded to Deans Council, then the Presidents Advisory
Council and if approved are added to the university procedures.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
