<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Just a note to inform you of a change in process for graduate and undergraduate catalogs. </FONT>
</P>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Due to ever-increasing publication costs, complimentary catalogs will be distributed as follows:</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">All first time students </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New"> *through orientation for undergraduates, both freshman and transfers</FONT>
<BR> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">*through the Graduate School for new graduate students and their advisors</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Departments and advisors</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Community and University Colleges and High School Counselors.</FONT>
</P>
<BR>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">All other catalogs and CD's will be placed in the bookstore to be sold to students. Recruiters will carry CD's for recruiting purposes.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">David McKenna is working on getting the process set up with the bookstore and will have the process in place soon! Future information regarding off-campus availability will also be distributed.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">The cost for catalogs will be $2.00 and CD's will be sold at $1.50.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">All other requests for catalogs should be directed to Lisa Robinson in the Registrar's Office. Please contact her and let her know how many catalogs your department needs if you have not already received yours. </FONT></P>
