Ashley, III of Texas A&M University at College Station, has accepted our offer to come to Commerce as Dean of the College of Education and Human Services. Dr. Ashley and his family will relocate from College Station to Commerce this summer, and Dr. Ashley will assume his duties on August 2, 2004.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="@Arial Unicode MS">Dr. Allan Headley of Texas Tech University has accepted our offer to come to Commerce as Dean of Graduate Studies and Research. Dr. Headley and his family will relocate this summer, and Dr. Headley will assume his duties on September 1.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="@Arial Unicode MS">We would like to congratulate both search committees and their chairpersons! The Dean of College of Education and Human Services Search Committee was chaired by Dr. Martha Foote. The Dean of Graduate Studies and Research Search Committee was headed by Dr. Ed Seifert.</FONT></P>
