[VPAAEtal] Faculty Success Center – October Workshop Series

[Academic Affairs]

Dear Faculty,

The Faculty Success Center is pleased to share our October Workshop Series, with several opportunities to connect with colleagues, explore practical teaching strategies, and learn about resources that can support both you and your students.

October’s programming includes sessions on promoting student reading, Fluid Focus, and rethinking the syllabus to create a more engaging first day of class. We are also excited to partner with the Graduate School and Transformative Learning Commons for Lion’s Share, featuring presentations by three ETAMU students and the faculty who mentor them.

These opportunities are open to all faculty and staff, whether you teach, advise, or manage campus programs.

Please see the attached flyer for dates, times, locations, Zoom information, and presenters. We hope you’ll find a session—or several—that fits your interests and schedule, and we look forward to seeing you in October!

Best, Vanessa
