[VPAAEtal] Request for Proposals: Just in Time and Transformative Learning TELI Awards

Dear Faculty,
The next application cycle for the Transformative and Experiential Learning Innovation (TELI) Awards is now open. TELI Awards support the development, expansion, enhancement, and implementation of curricular and co-curricular experiential learning opportunities for East Texas A&M University students with a  priority focus on the undergraduate experience.
The program offers two funding opportunities:

  *   Just-in-Time Learning Awards - up to $1,000: Rapid-turnaround funding for time-sensitive experiential learning opportunities. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as funding is available.
  *   Transformative Learning Awards - up to $10,000: Competitive funding for larger, longer-term initiatives designed to develop, expand, implement, or scale experiential learning opportunities.  The next deadline for Transformative Learning Award proposals is November 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST. Projects funded during this cycle will have a project period of January 1-December 31, 2027.
TELI Awards are particularly well suited for projects that strengthen experiential and applied learning, intentional reflection, mentoring, career readiness, and authentic demonstrations of student learning. Projects may include course or assignment redesign, undergraduate research, internships, clinical or field experiences, community-engaged learning, mentoring initiatives, partnerships, or efforts to expand successful experiential learning opportunities to additional students or programs.
