University Hearing Committee
Call for Nominations Due September 25, 2026

All full-time faculty regardless of rank or tenure status are entitled to nominate individuals to the University Hearing Committee.

The University Hearing Committee is a standing committee of fifteen full-time, tenured faculty. Committee members' terms are for three years.

The following seats are currently vacant and need to be filled for the next three-year term: AY 2027, 2028, 2029

COB - 2 seats
COEHS - 1 seat
CHSSA - 3 seats
COSE - 2 seats

Nominations will be accepted by the Provost Office beginning today through September 25.
Please submit your nomination(s) via email to Leslie.Horn at etamu.edu<mailto:Leslie.Horn at etamu.edu>.
Self-nominations will be accepted.

Once the nomination process closes, the Provost Office will determine if additional voting is necessary to break a tie for a vacant seat.
