The Faculty Success Center (FSC) invites you to join us for an upcoming virtual workshop, Introduction to Fluid Focus, on Thursday, October 22.

Fluid Focus is a productivity and digital wellness app designed to help users reduce distractions, improve concentration, and develop healthier screen-time habits. During this session, Adam Metts and representatives from Fluid Focus will introduce the platform, demonstrate its features, and discuss how it can support faculty and student success.
