Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to share the Faculty Success Center's February offerings. We invite you to join your colleagues for conversations about teaching in the current Texas higher education landscape and for continued exploration of how to leverage CliftonStrengths for success at ETAMU.

The Faculty Success Center is here to support faculty across all stages of their professional journey. All individual consultations are confidential. We can:

  *   provide one-on-one consultations across a wide range of instructional and professional development areas
  *   observe and review your teaching
  *   develop customized workshops or series based on faculty interest or departmental needs

February 11 at 1PM in BA343: Navigating Part 2. We will continue the Navigating Conversations the Faculty Success Center and Katelyn Severance held last fall. Ms. Severance will discuss Texas A&M system regulations and be available for questions. After her presentation we will use the remaining time to discuss, brainstorm, and otherwise understand what these new regulations mean to faculty in their classrooms and research agendas.

February 17 at 11AM in BA343: Grounding Your CliftonStrength Scores. Dr. Shelby Miller (Assistant Professor - Literature and Languages) will continue the CliftonStrength series. During this session Dr. Miller will help participants make sense of their scores. February 24 at 11AM in BA343: CliftonStrengths and Writing. Dr. Shelby Miller (Assistant Professor - Literature and Languages) will continue the CliftonStrength series. During this session Dr. Miller and the group will discuss how to use their strengths in writing.
