[VPAAEtal] Internet Down in Housing - Affecting Online Course Participation

The following message is being shared at the request of Michael Stark, Assistant Dean of Students.

Faculty,
The internet running to Residential Living and Learning (RLL) buildings went out yesterday evening and remains down today. Any students taking online courses or needing to submit assignments are impacted. I am sharing in the hope that this notice can make it's way to the appropriate faculty.

RLL halls are on a different network from the academic and support buildings. The CIO is also aware of the issue.

RLL's contracted vendor Boldyn and Spectrum both have technician's onsite working to diagnose and make repairs. It is possible that this issue will persist most of today.

On-campus students are receiving communication from RLL.
