[VPAAEtal] Spring 2024 Course Evaluation Updates

Dear Faculty,

We would like to share some course evaluation updates you may find helpful as we enter the Spring semester.
*         Fall 2023 Course Evaluation Reports: The reports for the Fall 2023 semester are now accessible. To view these reports, please log in to http://tamuc.bluera.com/tamuc/  using your Active Directory credentials. Once logged in, navigate to "My Reports" and select the specific report you need from the provided list.
*         Winter Mini 2024 Reports: Reports for the Winter Mini 2024 semester are also available now..
*         Report Access: Instructors will have access to Course Section and Instructor Summary Reports for each term. Deans or Department Heads will have access to Departmental Reports. For detailed information on accessing course evaluation reports, please refer to our Access Reports<https://inside.tamuc.edu/facultystaffservices/academictechnology/COURSE%20EVALUATIONS/access.aspx> page.
*         Respondent Threshold: If the Report Status indicates "Respondent Threshold not met" when attempting to view reports, it signifies that invitations for evaluations were sent, but none of the students completed the survey. To prevent this issue, kindly remind your students to participate in the survey when it is open.
*         Reminder - Some Courses Excluded: Please be aware that some courses do not qualify for course evaluations. Details about course evaluation criteria can be found on the Course Evaluations page<https://inside.tamuc.edu/facultystaffservices/academictechnology/COURSE%20EVALUATIONS/default.aspx#coursesnotsurveyed> on our website.
*         Newly Appointed Deans or Department Heads: Those who have recently assumed the roles of Deans or Department Heads and lack access to departmental reports should contact Course.Evaluations at tamuc.edu<mailto:Course.Evaluations at tamuc.edu> for the necessary access.
*         Blue Explorance Broken Links: There was an error in the Blue link that occurred on January 16 when trying to access the Fall 2023 Course Section Reports which should now be resolved. If you are still unable to find your course evaluation report or have issue with the Blue portal, please contact Course.Evaluations at tamuc.edu<mailto:Course.Evaluations at tamuc.edu>.
