Colleagues

Important things to remember as we go into finals week and beyond.

1.) Fall grades are due Monday, December 16.
2.) These need to be turned in promptly to ensure that students' GPAs and academic standing can be quickly calculated. These drive key processes that are essential for a quick transition into the Spring semester upon our return from break. Everything from financial aid, to registration, to scholarships depends upon a quick and accurate completion of grade reporting.
3.) If you are teaching this Winter Mini, thanks for agreeing to teach the mini term. Your participation has helped make WM 2025 enrollments the strongest in four years. To keep that going it is very important that you do the following:
4.) Reach out early to your WM students via email. Utilize MyLeo to find your current WM course roster. MyLeo should enable you to email your whole course section at once. D2L will not be available for that purpose until the courses open up on December 16. Emphasize to students they need to log-in to the course by the end of Tuesday, December 17 or they will be dropped. Students must participate from the start to receive the course for free. If dropped, they cannot be reinstated.

Thanks for all that you do for our students.
