We are excited to announce that a remote Investing in Us class is available this summer to you at no cost, and registration is open!



This semester, Personality, Strengths & Us received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Back by popular demand, this class is now available to take remotely this summer with Dr. Shelby Miller.



This Summer 2024 class will begin the week of June 3 and is offered as one hour of academic credit to A&M-Commerce employees. It runs for eight weeks and will be graded as S/U (Successful/Unsuccessful). Employees are not required to use vacation or compensatory time to attend the class.



Investing in Us is offered to support your efforts, through strength-based professional development programs that support a progressive workplace. Investing in Us offers a slate of exciting classes to you at no cost. The program aims to invest in faculty and staff professional growth and fulfillment while fostering rewarding work experiences. Tuesdays, 3:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
This class meets on Zoom. Open to Faculty and Staff at no cost.
Seats: 50
Learning to leverage your natural talents allows you to become more productive, engaged, and successful by focusing on what energizes you. This interactive class includes access to Gallup's StrengthsFinder tool - a powerful self-assessment that identifies your unique top 5 themes of talent. Coursework builds on your strengths report as a way to enhance how you see yourself and work with others. Invest in yourself and unlock your potential by building confidence and authenticity on the foundation of your unique strengths.
