Dear Faculty,
We would like to share some course evaluation updates you may find helpful as we move into the fall semester:

  * All Course Evaluation Reports for semesters including May Mini, Summer I, Summer II and August Mini are now available. To access reports, please log in to http://tamuc.bluera.com/tamuc/ with your Active Directory credentials, locate "My Reports," and choose the report you need from the list.
  * Please visit our Access Reports page<https://inside.tamuc.edu/facultystaffservices/academictechnology/COURSE%20EVALUATIONS/access.aspx> for more information on the types of reports we offer, accessing prior reports, requesting ad-hoc reports, and gaining access to Dynamic Report Access.
  * Course evaluation start date, end date, duration of evaluation varies based on multiple factors such as part of term, duration of the course, etc. Once the evaluation is live, an email notification will be sent.
  * Reminder - some courses do not qualify for course evaluations. Details about course evaluation criteria can be found on the Course Evaluations page<https://inside.tamuc.edu/facultystaffservices/academictechnology/COURSE%20EVALUATIONS/default.aspx> on our website.
  * The evaluation for full term courses will open on November 24 at 8:00 AM CST and will close on December 08 10:59 PM CST.
  * Evaluations for College of Innovation and Design (CID) seven week courses starting in September are already live! They will close on October 20 at 10:59 PM, CST.
  * Faculty can review the response rate for courses with open evaluations using the following link, http://tamuc.bluera.com/tamuc/. Remember, the same link will also be used to access course evaluation surveys or reports when they are available.
  * If faculty members need trainings on using the course evaluation dashboard, accessing evaluation QR codes, understanding reports, or any other course evaluation related assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at Course.Evaluations at tamuc.edu<mailto:Course.Evaluations at tamuc.edu>, and we will be glad to help.
Please encourage your students to complete their evaluations to ensure that the process runs smoothly. Faculty engagement has been shown to increase student participation and quality feedback.
