Dear colleagues:



Texas A&M University-Commerce strives to transform lives, advance knowledge, serve a global community and foster collaboration. Our mission is to educate, discover and achieve. One of the ways these goals can be achieved is through engaging with the world. International students bring the world to our doorsteps, and study abroad programs help us step into the world from our doorsteps here in Commerce.



The Office of International Programs (OIP) invites you to a lunch and learn session to discover the ways to engage with faculty & staff-led study abroad programs at TAMUC. So far in 2023, our faculty and staff have led nine programs to eight countries. 84 students boarded planes to foreign lands, most for the first time.



During this lunch and learn you will:

  *   Learn about OIP’s updated study abroad proposal and planning processes.
  *   Receive great advice from faculty and staff members who have led previous short-term study abroad programs.
  *   Enjoy a meal and talk with colleagues at your table about their study abroad experiences.
