Awards Ceremony: 5:30-7:00 pm

Judges needed!

Volunteers will:

Judge Student Poster and Oral Presentations (Rubric provided)


Poster Presentations are 1-2 minutes followed by Q&A and scheduled in 1.5 hour time slots
Oral Presentations are 8 minutes followed by a 4-minute Q&A from Judges

Enter scores and feedback in Google Forms at symposium (Assistance provided)

Judges will be emailed their assignments prior to the symposium with copies of abstracts to review
