[VPAAEtal] Phishing Scam Email RE: Mrs. Carson Taryn is looking to give away her late dad's piano —- Again!

[Academic Affairs]

Dean Campus Community,

This is to notify the campus that another phishing scan email is being circulated around campus that appears to be from the Provost. It is in fact another attempt to scam our employees. It has been reported to CITE. The email appears to be from the Provost and is asking employees to response to a “fake” staff who is giving away a piano. Again, please Do NOT click on the email embedded in the email and/or reply to the email.

We regret the inconvenience this may cause to our employees and appreciate your understanding as we try to prevent scams like this from occurring.
