Hello faculty,
Course shells for the Winter Mini and Spring 2023 terms have been created in myLeo Online/D2L. These are blank course offering shells, and the term is indicated at the front of the course name.
Resources to assist with the preparation of your course shell:
********* Import Courses: Import Course Material-Help Document<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/d2l/CourseCopy-ImportCourseComponents.pdf> (PDF) is available to help import content from an existing course.
o Remember to adjust due dates, modify quiz access, and check course links accordingly after the import is completed. By default, quizzes are set to inactive upon import.
********* GA Enrollment Request: Submit a Laserfische request form<https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/Graduate-Assistant-Enrollment> if you want to add a GA within a D2L course (Access using your university login)
********* Additional Help Resources: Navigate to the myLeo Online (D2L Brightspace) Resources<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/d2l/default.aspx> page for a variety of helpful resources.
The Office of Academic Technology is here to help you with your online courses. Please e-mail us at online at tamuc.edu<mailto:online at tamuc.edu> if you have questions.
