[VPAAEtal] Dropped Courses for myLeoOnline D2L

Hello,

There is an issue in Ellucian's ILP software affecting the processing of drops between Banner and D2L.  Some drops are not occurring properly between the two systems.  The issue has been reported to Ellucain and we will continue to monitor.

We ask that instructors refer to the Banner class roster as the official enrollment.  You can do so by going to Faculty Resources in the Leoportal.

If you have a student that sees a course in D2L for which they have confirmed drop, please ask them to e-mail us students.online at tamuc.edu<mailto:students.online at tamuc.edu> to indicate which class they have dropped, so that we can manually sync their enrollments.
