[VPAAEtal] August Mini and Fall courses in D2L

Hello faculty,


Course shells for the August Mini and Fall 2022 terms have been created in myLeo Online/D2L.  These are blank course offering shells, and the term is indicated at the front of the course name.

Resources to assist with the preparation of your course shell:


*         Import Course Material-Help Document<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/d2l/CourseCopy-ImportCourseComponents.pdf> (PDF)- To import content from an existing course.

o   After importing content please adjust due dates, quiz access, and check course links accordingly. By default, quizzes are set to inactive upon import.



*         Request permission to Copy another instructor's material<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/d2l/CopyingContentOtherInstructors.pdf> (PDF)


*         GA enrollment request process for D2L is now done via Laserfische request form<https://dms.tamuc.edu/Forms/Graduate-Assistant-Enrollment>.  (Access using university login)
