JUDGES STILL NEEDED
FOR THOSE WILLING TO SERVE AS A JUDGE PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION LINK BELOW TODAY.

Poster and Oral presentations will be in-person at the Rayburn Student Center, Tuesday, April 19th, 1:30-5:00 PM.
Judges will be given a rubric to use for scoring and will enter scores within an online platform on laptops provided in a designated Judges Room set aside for this purpose.
Scores will be calculated inside the platform to determine winners and feedback will be sent to all presenters via email.
Awards Ceremony is scheduled for the same day, April 19th, at 5:30 PM on the 3rd Floor Terrace of the Nursing and Health Sciences Bldg. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.
For those of you that have volunteered to judge students research presentations, thank you for your time and dedication to promoting research for our students.
