[VPAAEtal] Early Intervention Progress Reports Campaign

On Monday September 27, you will receive a notification from me regarding early intervention progress reporting.  Early intervention will remain open until Friday, October 8.  There will be periodic reminders throughout that period.

Early intervention targets the academic performance of the following undergraduate students:

1.)  All students with fewer than 30 earned hours.
2.)  Students on academic probation/suspension.
3.)  Athletes.

Please report all grades (A, B, C, D, F), and supply whatever clarifying details you have about each student's performance.

Last fall, your early intervention reporting helped our Success Teams reach out to students in academic trouble early enough to guide them to help.

Where the information you provided led to one-on-one appointments with our undergraduate Success Teams, students completed more of their attempted credits and earned higher GPAs.  They were also significantly more likely to be retained for the spring semester.
