[VPAAEtal] Guest Speaker: Wed., Nov 3 - JR Martinez "Illuminating the Journey from Trauma to Hope"

Mr. J. R. Martinez, actor, motivational speaker, advocate & wounded U. S. Army Veteran and best-selling author of the book "Full of Heart: My Story of Survival, Strength, and Spirit" will be on our campus at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 3 in the Ferguson Auditorium to speak to the university community.

The speaker will share his personal story "Illuminating the Journey from Trauma to Hope."

Mental Health Matters Week is sponsored by the Counseling Center and the Vice President for Campus Life and Student Success.

All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend to this event. Although classes will not be canceled, please encourage and allow students to attend this presentation to hear Mr. Martinez' inspiring story.
