[VPAAEtal] Course Shells in myLeo Online (D2L)- Summer I, II, August Mini, Fall 2021

Hello Faculty,

Summer is right around the corner!  Course shells are now ready in D2L for the Summer, August Min, and Fall terms.  These are blank course offering shells, and the term is indicated at the front of the course name.

Resources to assist with the preparation of your course shell:


*         Import Course Material-Help Document<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/d2l/CourseCopy-ImportCourseComponents.pdf> (PDF)- To import content from an existing course.

After importing content please adjust due dates, quiz access, and check course links accordingly. By default, quizzes are set to inactive upon import.



*         Process to Request permission to Copy another instructor's material<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/d2l/CopyingContentOtherInstructors.pdf> (PDF).  Academic Technology staff will assist with copy upon approval from course content owner.



*         GA/TA Enrollment Request in Online Course Shell<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academictechnology/_documents/Process%20for%20requesting%20GA-TA-Access-Fall2020.pdf> (PDF)
