[VPAAEtal] Ellucian Technical Issue impacting D2L Grades Export

Faculty,

A technical problem with Ellucian Integration software is preventing D2L grade exports where class a roster contains around 30 students or more.  Exports with smaller rosters are working correctly.

CITE and Ellucian technical teams have been notified and are working on the problem.

Until this issue is resolved, we strongly recommend that faculty use the direct ("traditional") input method for grades in Banner:

§  Log into myLEO portal- https://leoportal.tamuc.edu/
§  Select: Faculty Resources tab
§  Select: Faculty Final Grades
§  Select: Term
§  Select: Course
§  Select: Submit
§  Input letter grade under "Grade"
§  Select: Submit
