[VPAAEtal] D2L Is Currently Down

We have been notified that D2L is experiencing wide spread issue with the LMS at this time.  The issue is between D2L and AWS which is impacting other services/technology.  WE are working with D2L to rectify this issue as soon as possible.  We will send  out communication through the list serve when services have been restored.
