Hello Faculty,

A myLeo Online Instructor Resources course is now available in D2L for all faculty to participate in collaborative discussion forums on various topics, or live chat sessions with team members.  This intended for all faculty throughout the institution.  We are hosting all of our weekly training sessions in this course as well as monitoring the live chat from 8:00 to 5.

*         If specific Academic Departments would like their own departmental course shell in D2L for their faculty collaboration please let us know and we can set this up.

Microsoft Teams<http://www.tamuc.edu/CampusLife/CampusServices/CITESupportCenter/Work_From_Home.aspx#chat> is another collaborative tool available for all staff and faculty. This tool is best suited for departmental collaborations.

Microsoft Office 365 is now available for student online access.  This is for the cloud-based version that will work in any standard browser.  Here are instructions<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academicTechnology/_documents/Office-365-Students.pdf> on how students can setup an account using their leomail address.
