[VPAAEtal] REMINDER: Spring 2020 Midterm Grades

Administrative Associates - please forward this email to your departments and/or Adjuncts. If there are admins in your departments that need to be added or removed from my contact list, please let me know ASAP.

Spring 2020 Midterm grading worksheets are open and will remain open through Wednesday, March 25, 2020 until 5 p.m.. Please be sure to enter ALL grades, for undergraduate students, ONLY.


Instructions for entering Midterm grades:


  1.  Traditional Method:
*  Log into myLEO
*  Select: Faculty Resources tab
*  Select: Faculty Midterm Grades
*  Select: Term
*  Select: Course
*  Select: Submit
*  Input letter grade under "Grade"
*  Select: Submit


  1.  New Method ( for D2L Gradebook users):
*  Export midterm grades from your LMS gradebook directly into the Banner Student Information system.  Please consult the instructions below:
*  Detailed Written Instructions<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academicTechnology/_documents/Export%20Grades%20from%20myLeo%20Online%20To%20SIS.pdf> (PDF)
*  The above instructions show examples for final grades, but, you have the option to choose Midterm grades before exporting. See page 3.
