[VPAAEtal] Residence Halls WiFi Connectivity Issues RESOLVED

Hello, Lion Community.

Throughout the day CITE, Residential Living & Learning staff (RLL), and faculty had received multiple reports from students that the residence halls were having Wi-Fi connectivity issues. CITE and RLL closely monitored the situation and had been in contact with the dedicated Internet Service Provider (ISP) throughout the day (8/27). The ISP identified the root cause and implemented software patch fixes to resolve the issues. At approximately 7:00 p.m. (8/27), it was confirmed that service/connectivity was restored to all the halls.
