[VPAAEtal] HCM Academic Management Discovery Project

To Faculty and Staff,

I want to introduce you to the Human Capital Management (HCM) Academic Management Discovery Project, a system-wide project that may benefit Texas A&M University-Commerce faculty. As a member of the project working group, I am working with this team to review and recommend a software application that best meets the faculty recruitment, hiring, tenure tracking, career and compensation business needs at all A&M System universities. The project working group has received vendor proposals and will schedule virtual software demonstrations in May. I encourage you to participate in these demonstrations and to provide feedback. I will send demonstration details once available.
