[VPAAEtal] Gradebook Best Practice for course sections

Hello faculty,
All course sections are provided with a course shell in myLeo Online.  It is standard university process to keep grades posted in your course shell for all course modalities, including fully online, blended, and face-to-face sections.  This helps students monitor their standing in their courses.

In D2L, the current running grade must be "released" to students to be visible to them.  We have prepared help documentation as to how to
display the current (called "final calculated" in D2L) grade to students:
