[VPAAEtal] REMINDER: Fall 2019 MIDTERM GRADES DUE

Good morning, all.

Administrative Associates, it has come to my attention that some adjuncts have not been notified about midterm grades. PLEASE help me notify all instructors by forwarding this email to your departments and/or Adjuncts.

Fall 2019 Midterm grading worksheets are DUE TODAY, October 28, 2019 at 5 p.m.. Please be sure to enter D's and F's, for undergraduate students, ONLY. Students who have received the grade A, B, or C, do not need to be reported.

Instructions for entering Midterm grades:


  1.  Traditional Method:
§  Log into myLEO
§  Select: Faculty Resources tab
§  Select: Faculty Midterm Grades
§  Select: Term
§  Select: Course
§  Select: Submit
§  Input letter grade under "Grade"
§  Select: Submit


  1.  New Method ( for D2L Gradebook users):
§  Export midterm grades from your LMS gradebook directly into the Banner Student Information system.  Please consult the instructions below:
§  Detailed Written Instructions<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academicTechnology/_documents/Export%20Grades%20from%20myLeo%20Online%20To%20SIS.pdf> (PDF)

§  The above instructions show examples for final grades, but, you have the option to choose Midterm grades before exporting. See page 3.
