Colleagues:
Monday, February 4, we will begin Early Intervention through EAB. It will remain open for two weeks, closing Monday, February 18
This earlier and longer window was in response to suggestions provided by representatives of the academic department heads and Faculty Senate.
You will be sent a link for reporting on Monday, and reminders will come to you across the two week period.
For some this will be very early, but I want to emphasize that any information regarding a student is helpful. This could include:
* Absences
* Failure to turn in work
* Homework grades
* Engagement in class
* Failure to purchase course materials or books
* You may also add additional comments
If you have grades at this early stage, great.
No matter what, please respond with whatever you can.
The student you report at risk will be encouraged to come to you for guidance. In addition, the professional advising offices on campus will be reaching out.
Thanks in advance for your participation and support of our students.
