[VPAAEtal] Dr. Michael Dyson, Guest Speaker Tomorrow

Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 6 at 11 a.m., Dr. Michael Eric Dyson will be on campus and will be speaking in the Ferguson Auditorium. Dr. Dyson is a Professor of Sociology at Georgetown University, a contributing opinion writer for the New York Times, and a contributing editor of The New Republic and ESPN's The Undefeated.

His presentation will be "What Truth Sounds Like: Politics, Race, and Reality". Dr. Dyson will talk about his recent book, What Truth Sounds Like: RFK, James Baldwin, and Our Unfinished Conversation About Race in America. At the end of the presentation, there will be a session where the audience can ask questions.

Although classes will not be canceled, all faculty, staff and students are all encouraged to attend to hear Dr. Dyson's presentation.
