The Division of Academic Affairs is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. William F. Kuracina to the position of the Dean of the College of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts effective June 1, 2018.
Dr. Kuracina has been with the University since fall 2009 when he joined the Department of History faculty as Assistant Professor and then was promoted in 2015 to Associate Professor. During his tenure, Dr. Kuracina has served in various administrative positions including Department Head, Interim Associate Dean and Interim Dean.
Dr. Kuracina embraces the opportunity to move the college forward as the university continues to face new challenges. We look forward to Dr. Kuracina's leadership and welcome him in his new role as the Dean of the College of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts.
