Hello faculty,

Course shells for the fall 2018 semester have been created in myLeo Online. These can be accessed from the apps tab within the myLeo Student Portal or from https://myleoonline.tamuc.edu/. Faculty can login using Active Directory credentials which consist of lastnamefirstname for the user name, and your university issued password.

The automated course shell creation process provides blank shells for you to put your course content into. If you have migrated a course, you can use the "Import/Export/Copy Components" feature to import content<http://www.tamuc.edu/facultyStaffServices/academicTechnology/_documents/d2l/CourseCopy-ImportCourseComponents.pdf> into the blank shell.

Good Migration News! We have temporarily re-opened the Google migration request form<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_forms_d_e_1FAIpQLSeQk8sTiJlmVvQ7S0hwA4i4atyWg-2DHj0I0SC7BWrnULEJ9YRQ_viewform&d=DwIFAg&c=oqyuZuih6ykib6aKiBq22_bich4AVfYGoLertJN0bEc&r=ipRgm7MFqxEwm4jXxXA7TfceI2KGyDX4I4OYfUR5x68&m=SqcjCQItEMEOaueJTa-fCPY-TIiiuESw1w_4KN5p2n8&s=iYtUykLC3IdIhGztlukL3NTmzFZ69VCQxK1wIRHsbEk&e=> until Friday, August 10th. Priority will be given to courses being taught for the fall term. We are unable to accommodate duplicate requests. Access to eCollege ends in September.

We have created help resources on steps you can take to prepare your courses for the fall semester:
