They have been working hard since Fall 2015 to develop a standardized template for faculty ePortfolios for tenure and promotion, identify resources to support faculty's ePortfolio development, and test the Digication tool with regard to ePortfolio development and tenure review processes.

Digication is undergoing a significant transformation from Classic Digication to New Digication, which has been in development since Summer 2016 and is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2017. It is important to note that Classic Digication will not be supported after Fall 2018.

With this in consideration, the Digication ePortfolio Taskforce has chosen to undergo a targeted pilot of the tenure review process with the College of Business in Fall 2017. Taskforce member Dr. Williams will have his tenure review using his Classic Digication ePortfolio. Taskforce member Dr. Myers has offered to have his Marketing & Business Analytics department be part of the pilot and his faculty will use New Digication to go through their tenure reviews.
