Put on your Google calendar, Synch it to iCal or use an old-fashioned Post-It--- TAMU-C is hosting the first ever Textbook Adoption Fair March 20th!

The TAMU-C Bookstore will also be hosting presentations on the subjects below, as well as manning tables for Q&A sessions with faculty:

·         How to make your textbooks cheaper

·         The life cycle of textbooks

·         Demonstration of submitting textbook adoptions using the bookstore's website for faculty

·         Textbooks and their buyback value

·         Open Education Resources (OERs)

We'll also have representatives from the following vendors:

·         TAMU-C Bookstores

·         Cengage

·         McGraw

·         Pearson

·         W.W. Norton

·         LAD- (low cost vendor for custom books, out of print books and creating e-books for students)

·         SAGE
