[VPAAEtal] Grade-Check/Undergraduate Students

Colleagues:

Yesterday, you should have received emails requesting your participation in a grade-check on all undergraduate students.

In the past, we have had smaller scale intervention efforts for freshmen, such as Early Intervention.

The scope and, hopefully, the benefits of this effort is much greater.

The instrument used is Grades First, which should be familiar to anyone who has worked with student athletes.

Please provide current grade and other requested information for undergraduates who have a C or less in your courses.

When our students succeed, we succeed.  When they struggle, we must respond.

Your reports will drive targeted interventions by professional advising staff intended to boost student performance and reassure students of our commitment to their success.
