Students should send the Abstract Approval Form, along with an abstract to the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) (orsp at tamuc.edu<mailto:orsp at tamuc.edu>) on or before Friday, March 3, 2017 for approval. This year, only 20 students will be accepted from each university participating, so do not wait until the last minute to submit your abstract to the ORSP.
AFTER you receive approval of your abstract from the ORSP, you may register online for the symposium. You must register online by Friday, March 10, 2017. We will provide transportation for A&M-Commerce students participating in the Symposium. The bus will leave from and return to the Commerce campus. Once registered, you will receive additional information concerning the itinerary and where to board the university bus.
Guidelines for the symposium can be found at http://www.twu.edu/media/documents/federation/Poster_Guidelines--Federation_Symposium.pdf.
The Symposium is open to all Texas A&M-Commerce graduate students for master and doctoral level research. The Federation Research Symposium provides an opportunity for students to present research in a poster format while interacting and discussing the research with faculty, judges, and other participants. The symposium also provides the participants with a broad exposure to the Federation research community.
