The advisor-signed approval form and the student's research abstract must be submitted by September 23, 2016 to orsp at tamuc.edu<mailto:orsp at tamuc.edu> in order to be eligible to participate.

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) will support a limited*number of students who register by the deadline and submit a research abstract for the symposium. Support includes travel (students will travel to symposium in a chartered bus), hotel, and registration fee.

* The number of students will be limited.  Once that predetermined number has been met, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs will stop accepting any further applications/abstracts and students will be unable to participate in the symposium.
