[VPAAEtal] Access to Buildings During Thanksgiving Holiday/Weekend -- ACTION REQUIRED

The university will close at noon on Wednesday, November 23 and will follow the schedule below for building access November 23-27.  Please notify all in your area of the following schedule:

Wednesday, November 23
            Open at 6 a.m.; controlled state at 7 p.m.; locked at midnight

Thursday, November 24
            University Holiday, locked

Friday, November 25
            University Holiday, locked

Saturday, November 26 - Sunday, November 27
            Locked, controlled state 8 a.m. until 6 a.m. Monday

Please notify your faculty, staff and graduate assistants needing access are allowed in the buildings during the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on the days listed above with the exception of Thursday and Friday.  A list of persons needing access to buildings must be submitted to the Provost and UPD Chief Spinato by Tuesday at noon.
